It's probably the easiest cave, it can easily be done with a decent level bary. When I was lower level a pack of 4 or 5 mid level raptors made quick work of it. The sarcos won't agro until you get in the water and swim near them usually. Once the cave is clear you can agro them onto land and then kite them around while you tranq them.For lower south cave , it is safer however you will have to agro the beetle and lead it out of the cave , will take sometime . #7.
